Ecuador's largest private bank Banco Pichincha provides an array of financial products and services, including checking and saving accounts, credit and debit cards, investment, financing, and foreign trade. The bank's foreign trade programs include imports and exports, and advisory services covering collection and payment. It also provides customs guarantees for the payment of customs duties and fees, customs procedures, and special trade regimes. In 2011, Pichincha moved into retail banking in Colombia and Spain, to exploit large bilateral trade relations between these two countries and Ecuador. Pichincha also has representative offices in Shanghai, Panama and the US. Banco Pichincha was founded in 1906 and is based in Quito, Ecuador.
