Consorcio Chevron, Pemex e Inpex is a hydrocarbons exploration and production company, formed in 2016 by US oil company Chevron Corporation, Mexican state company Petróleos Mexicanos S.A. de C.V. and Japan's Inpex Corporation. The company is engaged in identifying, evaluating and developing oil and gas projects in Mexico. Headquartered in Mexico City, it owns heavy oil exploration and extraction project Area 22 (2,879 km2), deepwater in Salina Basin and the light oil project Area 3 (1,687 km2), deepwater in Perdido Fold Belt, in the Gulf of Mexico.
