Bolivia's central bank (BCB), the energy ministry and state power company Ende signed financing contracts for wind projects El Dorado and San Julián in Santa Cruz department, each of which will boast 36MW.
El Dorado will receive 196mn bolivianos (US$28mn) and San Julián 167mn bolivianos, the bank said in a statement.
The 30-year loans have a five year grace period and an interest rate of 1.31%.
BCB also reported it disbursed 150mn bolivianos for Ende's combined cycle project at the Entre Ríos thermoelectric project, and 33.7mn bolivianos for the company's La Bélgica-Los Troncos transmission project.
