Sigma Systems' Latin American revenues expand 84% over last 3 years

Canadian IP service fulfillment solutions provider Sigma Systems has seen its revenues in Latin America grow 84% over the last three years, the company said in a statement without providing hard figures.

The firm said that during its fiscal year 2011, ended September 30, "the company's customer growth was fueled by the expansion of the company's sales and support presence in key international markets, including North America, Latin America, Japan and Europe."

"Our success has been driven by customer demand and acceptance of our new solutions, and our focus on increasing our presence and professional services capabilities in key regions, including Latin America and Europe."

Revenues from outside North America currently account for some 50% of the total.

The company's solutions include order management, provisioning and activation, and active mediation of residential and business VoIP, broadband, video, and triple-play and quad-play services.

Sigma is headquartered in Toronto. In Latin America, the company has an office in Brazil.
