Wells at Ecuador's Tiputini field (ITT) that came online in September are among state E&P operator Petroamazonas' top producing wells, which the company said helped it produce a record 450,105b/d last month.
Petroamazonas, which accounts for around 80% of the country's total crude output, produced 442,557b/d on October 16 (year to date average 440,261b/d). ITT production that day was 22,328b/d.
The state operator added that 11 production and one reinjection wells are operating from the Tiputini C platform (pictured) at block 43, at a cost of US$11.26/b.
