US software provider CA Technologies (Nasdaq: CA) has announced organizational changes in Latin America as a part of its realignment strategy to consolidate businesses growth in the region, according to a press release from the company.
Starting April 1, CA Technologies expanded its Southern Latin America (SOLA) subregion to include Peru, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay. Along with this change, Hernán Calderale was named VP of SOLA to lead the sales teams in the region's countries.
Furthermore, CA Technologies' general manager for Colombia, Claudia Vásquez, assumed responsibilities for Northern Latin America, the Caribbean and Central America. This subregion includes Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, the Caribbean and Central America.
Additionally Sandro Camargo was appointed as CA Technologies' vice president of channels in Latin America.
All three new appointees will report to the company's president and general manager for Latin America, Ken Arredondo.
