Hitachi Solutions has launched a plan to boost its channel and register 60 new partners in Brazil by year-end, local news source Baguete reported.
According to the report, the plan foresees enlisting resellers and integrators to work with the company's digital management solutions, targeting corporations and the education segment.
Hitachi's education solutions offered in the local market include the Starboard, an interactive board with multi-touch interface that enables sending written content directly to devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Hitachi's goal to expand its commercial activity is based upon the already accredited partners Tess and Lana Bello as distribution pillars, Baguete reported, citing Hitachi's regional manager Vivan Meek.
Hitachi Solutions is the result of the merger, in 2010, of Hitachi Software Engineering Systems and Hitachi Sistemas e Serviços.
