Argentina's software and IT services market is expected to generate revenues of US$7.33bn by 2020, technology newswire CanalAr reported, citing data from local IT chamber Cessi.
Cessi also sees the sector employing 134,000 people by that time, according to the report.
Local software and IT firms expect to bill US$3.1bn this year, for 23.9% growth, according to previous press reports. Sector exports are seen reaching US$747mn, up 16.5%.
In addition, the sector expects to employ some 70,000 people this year, up 15.1% compared to 2010.
