Brazilian construction group Braido has seen a 100% boost in efficiency since implementing ERP management system Mega Construção, according to IT solutions firm Mega Sistemas Corporativos, which develops the software.

According to Braido IT manager Giancarlo Tubini, the response time between departments has been optimized by 90%, while for customers the rate reached 100%.

"We are very pleased with the results of this project, because after a period of consolidation we could provide a process optimization 100% higher than that of the tool previously used by the customer," Mega Construção director Giovanni Sugamosto said.

Braido implemented Mega's solution four years ago, to streamline the management of its operations, which entail monitoring, following and controlling construction work, as well as sales, customer, administration and accounting services.
