Russian software and IT services company Softline International expects its Argentine subsidiary to generate revenues of approximately US$7mn this fiscal year, ending April 2012, Softline International Argentina general director Richard Poore, told BNamericas.

The company launched local operations in October last year. Last fiscal year, total revenues reached approximately US$1mn, Poore said.

The SME segment is likely to represent approximately 30% of the subsidiary's revenues, while large corporations will account for the remainder, he said, and Softline Argentina expects to attract the first clients for its cloud services in the near future.
