The construction of the Emisor Ejército Mexicano stormwater drainage tunnel is part of the state's strategic plan for stormwater drainage. This one entails a series of additional hydraulic infrastructure aimed at reducing floods by heavy rains. The project involves the construction of a tunnel, which -along with their collectors- will be located so that they can capture the runoff from the top of the drainage of a 132ha area, when heavy rains produce dangerous flows for the community.
