GoldMining Inc. formerly Brazil Resources, is a Canadian exploration company with a focus on the acquisition and development of gold projects in North and South America. Its flagship projects in the region are the Brazilian properties Cachoeira, acquired from Luna Gold in 2012, and São Jorge, obtained as a consequence of the purchase of Brazilian Gold Corporation in 2013. The firm's other assets in Brazil are the Boa Vista, Surubim, Artulândia, Montes Áureos, Trinta, and Batistão projects. In 2012, the company acquired a 198,068ha mineral concession in Paraguay's Concepción department, known as the Apa High project, which was finally abandoned in 2015. GoldMining Inc. was founded in 2009 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
