Celsolar S.A., related to Celsia and wholly owned by the Argos Group, is a Panamanian energy company headquartered in the City of Panama. In March 2017, the Panamanian public services regulator Asep, granted Celsolar a 12-month provisional license on the Prudencia Solar Park and the Gualaca project (25MWp each), whose definitive permits depend on the submission of the required documents.
