Description:
Consorcio La Estrella-Hernán Solís is a consortium comprised of engineering and construction companies Constructora Hernán Solís, of Costa Rica, and the Dominica Republic's Grupo Estrella. In 2014 the consortium was awarded the contract to build the first stage of the Arco Norte highway in Costa Rica, involving the construction of a 4.1km section of capital city San Jose's beltway, between La Uruca and the interconnection with Route 32.
