Description:
Consorcio Nuevo Complejo Fronterizo Los Libertadores is a joint venture between Concesiones de Infraestructuras Chile Uno and Concesiones Varias Chile Tres. The consortium was awarded a 15-year public-private partnership contract to build and operate a new building for Chile-Argentina border crossing point Los Libertadores, the main crossing point between the two countries and located 68km from Los Andes, in the central Valparaíso region (V).
