(EDPR) -in turn a unit of Grupo EDP Energias de Portugal- after the latter acquired in December 2015 the EDP - Energias do Brasil stake in the company. Incorporated in 2007, the São Paulo-based firm focuses on planning, operation and maintenance of generation, transmission and trading projects of all kind of power, especially wind power.
