EPC Solar Power S.A. de C.V. (SOPOSA) developed the Nacaome photovoltaic plant in Valle department, Honduras, inaugurated in 2015. The solar plant has secured a 20-year power purchase agreement with state utility Empresa Nacional de Energía Eléctrica (ENEE). San Pedro Sula-based SOPOSA, established in 2012, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Inversiones y Representaciones Electromecánicas S.A., part of Honduras's Larach Group.
