Description

YPF Luz, formerly YPF Energía Eléctrica, is the power generation unit of Argentinean state corporation YPF. The company is building three wind farms with a combined capacity of 600MW and in 2018 its 220MW Loma Campana thermal power plant began to operate. The same year, General Electric acquired 25% interest in YPF Luz. The company was founded in 2013 and its headquarters are in Buenos Aires.
