Mayor Assigns Area for US$80mn Complex

The mayor of Venezuelan capital Caracas, Antonio Ledezma, has assigned the 8,972 sq. m. former La Hoyada III marketplace property to complete the US$80mn Parque Vargas project approved by municipal ordinance 10 years ago. The Parque Vargas project consists of a three-floor complex, a 1,800-unit parking lot, commercial site and a public plaza.
