Petrobras sells US$500mn bonds

Brazil's federal energy company Petrobras (NYSE: PBR) sold US$500 million in 10-year bonds on Friday at a spread of 572 basis points over comparable US treasuries, according to a market source quoted by Reuters. Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns managed the deal. The bonds had a 9.25% yield, a 9.12% coupon and were sold at 99.2% of face value.
