AES Gener incorporates Los Cururos wind farm in its portfolio.

AES Gener entered into a sales contract for the acquisition of the 110 MW “Los Cururos” Wind Farm, located in the Coquimbo Region. It is one of the largest wind farms in Chile, in operation since July 2014.

The transaction also includes the acquisition of the La Cebada Substation, which is part of the National Transmission System. The total price for both assets amounts to USD 138 million.
