Argentina makes generator payment rule changes official

The Argentine government published on Thursday a resolution officially establishing rule changes in the power sector.

The modifications - which will affect transactions conducted from February 1 - will impact thermoelectric generators who sell on the spot market, as well as operators of hydroelectric plants straddling Argentina’s border.
