Argentina's BICE Fideicomisos seeks contingency datacenter services
The trust of Argentine development bank BICE, BICE Fideicomisos, launched a public tender to contract contingency datacenter services.
Investments were not mentioned, but the consultation process is open until September 11 and proposals must be submitted before 2pm on September 25.

BICE Fideicomisos wants to have redundancy in case equipment is adversely affected.
The winner must also provide equipment and implement, configure, maintain and supply documentation for the replication of BICE's current infrastructure.
The datacenter must be tier III certified, carrier neutral and have redundant infrastructure of three nodes. Other requirements include 12TB of storage space, 750GB of physical memory and 100 cores.
BICE Fideicomisos has two clusters in VmWare and Hyper-v technologies for virtualization.
Additionally, a backup system, disaster recovery, video surveillance, dedicated internet connections of 200Mbps each and 100Mbps lan-to-lan links to external providers are required.
Operating systems, applications and licenses will be provided, installed and configured by BICE Fideicomisos.
