Colombia's EPM approves Afinia credit facility
EPM's board of directors has approved the signing of a credit agreement for subsidiary Afinia worth up to 450bn pesos (US$93mn).
The facility will have a five-year repayment term and will be used to finance the Colombian company's investment plan, EPM said in a regulatory filing, without disclosing the name of the lender.
Afinia was formerly known as CaribeMar.
