Ecuador city calls for bids to build drinking water treatment plant

Ecuador’s Portoviejo city invited bids to build a water collection system and potable water treatment plant and associated facilities.

The reference budget for the work is US$18.8mn. The project will be partially financed with resources from the Inter-American Development Bank.

The construction period is put at 730 days.

Bids must be submitted by September 13 and be accompanied by a US$150,000 guarantee. The tender documents can be found at this link.
