IN BRIEF: Shuffle at Peru's ProInversión

The officials in charge of energy and infrastructure at Peru's private investment promotion agency ProInversión have stepped down.

The economy and finance ministry published a resolution accepting the resignations of Luis Ortigas Cúneo, head of the energy and hydrocarbons committee (Pro Conectividad); and Carlos Puga Pomareda, president of the road, rail and airport/port committee (Pro Integración).

Ortigas was part of the team that awarded the 30-year concession for the La Planicie-Industriales transmission project. Puga oversaw Lima's No. 2 metro line and Pisco port concessions.

Pro Conectividad will now be headed by Carlos Titto Almora Ayona, while Roberto Luis Urrunaba Pasco-Font will preside over Pro Integración.
