Pemex ups 3P reserve count marginally

Mexican state oil company Pemex's E&P subsidiary PEP has increased slightly its 2013 possible (3P) reserve count from the prior year, according to a resolution from hydrocarbons regulator CNH. The figures were first released in March but had yet to be verified by CNH. PEP increased its 3P reserve count to 44.5Bboe, up 1.58% from 43.8Bboe in 2012. The 3P crude count increased 0.67% to 30.8Bboe from 30.6Bboe. Also, 3P gas reserves rose 2.58% to 63.2Tf3 (1.79Tm3) from c 61.6Tf3 in 2012. The full 3P reserves report has yet to be released. Pemex's 1P reserve count, which also rose slightly in 2013 to 10.1Bboe, is the only figure audited by the US Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). Pemex's 2013 reserve report is available here
