Paraguay launches tenders for software and maintenance services

Paraguayan telecoms regulator Conatel has published a series of tenders for the acquisition of services and software.

Acquisition of software for the implementation of mandatory electronic invoicing

Conatel opened a process to acquire an electronic invoicing solution that is integrated into the STAF system (CRM module), developed by Genexus, which the watchdog currently has.

The solution must meet the regulatory, technical and functional requirements to join the integrated national electronic invoicing system (Sifen).

The date for receipt of offers is November 4. The rules and conditions can be consulted at the following link.

Maintenance of the service quality measurement system for mobile service

The objective of the tender is to comply with quality of service control for mobile telephony and internet services through the contracting of preventive maintenance services, technical support and scanner calibration of the measurement system.

The current system has equipment from Keysight Technologies.

Offers will be received at Conatel until October 28. The bidding conditions can be consulted here.

Maintenance services for the technical verification system of the radioelectric spectrum

Conatel also opened a tender for maintenance services of the technical verification system of the radioelectric spectrum, which uses Rohde & Schwarz equipment.

Suppliers certified by the brand will be able to participate in the tender, which will be by way of a downward auction.

Maintenance services for the quality measurement system for preventive and corrective measures for the electromagnetic field system

The objective of the tender is to contract maintenance, calibration and technical support services for the electromagnetic field measurement system with web visualization.

The current system is made up of 49 fixed broadband stations for measurement of the Narda STS brand and two fixed selective band stations, also of the same brand, in addition to mobile and portable measurement stations.
