Brazil's Santa Catarina public port operator Tesc will expand operations beyond containers to include steel, fertilizers and vehicles.
The company has signed contracts with steelmaker ArcelorMittal and auto manufacturer BMW, local daily Valor Econômico reported.
With the expansion Tesc is restructuring its management, appointing Eduardo Linna as commercial manager. Linna previously worked with APM Terminals and Maersk Line.
