Sabesp tenders: Bragança Paulista, Socorro, Sumaré works

Brazil's São Paulo state water utility Sabesp (Bovespa: SBSP3, NYSE: SBS) has called three tenders worth a total 19.8mn reais (US$11.4mn) to improve state sanitation services. Priced at 9.87mn reais, the first involves installing a main sewerage collector pipeline and secondary networks in the city of Bragança Paulista. Interested companies should submit offers on November 17. The project will last 12 months, according to information published on the company website. *** Sabesp also launched a 2.01mn-real tender to build containment structures on the banks of the Peixe river to serve a potable water treatment plant in the town of Socorro. Proposals are due on November 11 and the awardee will have 12 months to carry out the work. *** Finally, the water utility called a 7.91mn-real tender for pipeline installation and complementary works in the city of Sumaré. Bids for the 16-month project are due on November 17.
