
SICT reports that FONADIN will launch the second stage of the Villahermosa Bypass

The Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT) informs that the National Bank of Public Works and Services (Banobras), Trustee of the National Infrastructure Fund (Fonadin) will open and put into operation the 2nd. stage of the Villahermosa Bypass, with which federal highway 185 Villahermosa-Francisco Escárcega will connect at km 7+000, with federal highway 180 Villahermosa-Ciudad del Carmen, at km 8+113.
In order to ensure the physical integrity of the users who circulate through this communication route, the SICT and Banobras will implement security measures and vertical and horizontal signaling necessary to speed up vehicular traffic (sketch of the location of the site is attached) .
The Villahermosa bypass is 313,343 km long, has 4 road junctions and 2 toll plazas for the benefit of users and will have an estimated capacity of 7,726 vehicles.
This highway, which crosses the municipalities of Nacajuca and Centro, in the state of Tabasco, will also generate 126 direct and 44 indirect jobs.
Users are urged to follow the indications of the signs, as well as road safety personnel, in order to avoid setbacks in their itineraries.
