São Paulo, August 12, 2024. V.tal, a global company providing end-to-end digital infrastructure solutions and owner of the largest neutral fiber optic network in the country, announces yet another expansion of its business with the offering of complete infrastructure services for 4G and 5G coverage in outdoor and indoor environments.
V.tal launches integrated solutions that include infrastructure, fiber and radiant systems to support operators' needs in outdoor environments (SLS – Street Level Solution) such as squares, waterfronts, streets, avenues and large public spaces. On another front, the company presents IBS (In-Building Solution) solutions for use in indoor environments such as shopping malls, stadiums, hotels, airports and residential and corporate condominiums.
“There is a gap in coverage and capacity in indoor and outdoor environments, as well as a promising market for growth in these solutions due to increased data consumption, the expansion of 5G, and the emergence of new technologies. As a digital platform, V.tal has competitive advantages to serve this segment, such as capillarity and know-how in the construction of fiber, poles and buildings spread across strategic areas of the country, as well as in the management of the network, which is the largest in Brazil. With this, we can offer a more efficient value proposition for both operators and venues, the main players in the value chain of this sector,” explains Felipe Campos, Vice President of Business at V.tal.
The company has ongoing pilot projects with the country's main operators to install SLS solutions using street furniture. The goal is to support them in their needs to expand 4G and 5G capacity and coverage, especially in regions with high signal demand by end users and to provide a better experience in the use of data and voice services.
In the indoor environment, V.tal has signed important contracts with venues from different sectors, one of which is with the soccer club Athletico Paranaense, according to the club's Operations Director, Fernando Volpato. “Athletico Paranaense has partnered with V.tal to provide 4G and 5G mobile phone support infrastructure at Ligga Arena. With the implementation of the technology, the club will be able to offer a better connectivity experience in the stadium's indoor and outdoor areas for an audience of up to 50,000 people.”
