Transmission Lines Geothermal

Description: The project calls for the installation of a geothermal plant. Its 230GW/y capacity would account for 30% of Neuquén's power consumption. The endogenous vapors will be extracted from the Las Mellizas de Copahue mine. The development of the project will be in two phases: a first phase of 10 MW and a second of 30MW. The initiative is located 14km west of the town of Caviahue, in the department of Ñorquín, and 380km from the provincial capital of Neuquén.
