The highway is divided into three lots. The initiative aims to upgrade access to local ports located along the Paraná-Paraguay waterway, facilitating the grain trade. The highway will run between 7 de Agosto and Río Ñacunday, Alto Paraná and Itapúa departments, Paraguay.
