Description: FLORIDA MINING EXPLORATIONS Prospecting and exploration The project's objective is to identify mining resources, minerals and grades, to characterize, delimit and estimate the potential of the economic concentration of gold and silver through drilling, in areas belonging to MFL. For this, the project contemplates the construction, operation and closure of 57 mining exploration platforms, with a maximum surface area of 225 m2 per platform, with a flexible and adaptive distribution depending on the terrain, favoring the occupation of the pre-existing access footprint. . This determines a total of 1.28 hectares of intervention (12,825 m2) for the entire project. It is specified, what of the 57 platforms, currently there are 17 of these, which have already been used for the development of 50 drill holes [1]. The details of the location of these are indicated in Table 1-4 Location of Platforms. A DIAMEC U6 Smart drilling machine type Diamantina or similar will operate on the platforms. This machine, with very advanced robot-type technology, has the quality of high adaptation to the configuration of the terrain, requiring a minimum space to operate, so that the intervention of the terrain will be minimal. The diamond drilling will work with a HQ diameter of 20 cm. 2 ½ ”or 63.5 mm and will generate a borehole with an average depth of approximately 600 meters, which determines a total of 34,200 linear meters of drilling for the entire campaign. In consideration of the drought scenario that exists in the country and in particular in the Alhué commune, the project will implement advanced technology for the management of drilling waters, through a "Solid Removal Unit", consisting of a mobile centrifuge that allows the solids extracted from the drilling to be converted to less than 10 microns, thus reusing the water in a closed circuit. It is estimated that this modern technology saves up to 80% of the required water compared to a traditional technology. It should be noted that the access roads correspond to pre-existing footprints, the product of historical mining operations, which will require minimal interventions to allow the transport of vehicles and machinery. The project spans a period of 3 years and 6 months, with a sequential operation of the platforms. The foregoing consists in that for an average period of 20 days, the platform is enabled, the drilling machine operates and then the closing actions are carried out, to later continue with the next platforms. It is estimated that the construction of the platform will last for a period of 3 days, the operation for 15 days and the closing for 2 days. Due to the above, the construction, operation and closure phases are carried out during the entire period of 3 years and 6 months. In relation to the operation of the platforms, it is not possible to determine ex ante, the sequence of operation of these, because said sequence will be defined based on the geological results generated in each platform. The objective of the Project "Exploraciones Minera Florida" consists of the identification of mining resources, minerals and grades, to characterize, delimit and estimate the potential of the economic concentration of gold and silver through drilling in areas belonging to MFL.
