Description: The real estate project "Hijuela 27 Kilometer 170 Ruta 5 Norte", located at kilometer 170 of Ruta 5 Norte, Comuna de La Ligua, Province of Petorca, Valparaíso Region, consists of a private condominium type A and B, on a plot of land classified as Urban-Four Extension Area (AEU-4) by the Northern Coastal Edge North Intercomunal Satellite Plan of the Valparaíso Region, where the development of a site of 800 m² to 1,200 m² will be developed, contemplating the installation of a plant of sewage treatment and one of drinking water, in an adjoining land classified as an Area of Silvoagricultural Interest (AIS), to supply the needs of the Condominium. The condominium is focused on giving a place of rest for each owner, in a project of high architectural and landscape standard. In the area where the Project will be located there are no companies that can provide the service of collection, treatment and final disposal of wastewater that will generate the condominium, so that a sewage treatment plant will be built and operated, which will provide services to the private condominium, for an estimated total of 3,496 inhabitants, which are projected for the year 2041. The wastewater treatment plant (hereinafter "PTAS") consists of a compact, modular type plant with biological treatment by sludge activated (or extended aeration), designed to process the flow corresponding to a population of 3,800 people. However, it is estimated that by 2041 the project will generate an average flow of 8.5 l / s. In this regard, it should be noted that the sites will be sold as such (without housing) and it is estimated that future owners will develop housing units, with an area of approximately 120 m2, for second or third homes. Given that the land does not present feasibility of drinking water supply by the concessionaire of the sector (see Annex IA), it is envisaged to enable a particular system of drinking water. The potable water treatment plant (hereinafter referred to as "PTAP") will treat the water extracted from the Huaquén Estuary, for which the Owner has 5 rights to use underground water (see Annex ID). The water will be made potable through a chlorination system. It is estimated that to meet the demand for potable water, the project will require around 13.85 l / s of water (average day), projected water demand by 2041. Objective The project aims to materialize the construction of a condominium private type A and B with a total of 874 housing units, on a land of 1,642,000 m² (164.2 ha), developed in three stages, where each owner will build single-family homes with a density of 4 people on average per house, according to the characteristics that they deem convenient, complying with the use of land determined according to the Regulatory Plan and the co-ownership regulation that is subscribed.
