The initiative involves the construction of a tunnel, the laying of track and the construction of three underground passenger stations. When the project is completed, it will have the following stations: Valentín Campa Álvaro Obregón Observatorio The expansion will be of such magnitude that the tunnel and Metro tracks will cross 11 neighborhoods. These are Alfonso XIII, Minas de Cristo Rey, Primera Victoria, Tolteca, Barrio Alfalfar, Carola-Sacramento, Francisco Villa-Bosque, Real del Monte, José María Pino Suárez, Cove and Daniel Garza.
