Description: The purpose of the project is to carry out the following works: a) the transformation of the type of hostel rooms with a battery of common bathrooms to the type of hotel itself, since toilets are incorporated into each room; b) the updating of lighting systems both inside and on the façade; c) the readjustment of the fire-fighting installation systems, either for the adaptation of stairs for a correct evacuation, doors, fireproof systems and gas control in places of high exposure such as kitchens, following an adequate hygiene and safety plan according to current regulations; d) improve accessibility including ramps on interior slopes and general ramps to the main entrance; e) the commissioning of three (3) hydraulic elevators; f) the adaptation of four (4) rooms per floor for people with reduced mobility and g) the protection and enhancement of the building in general, conserving the elements
