Argentina Argentina would have to pay for the construction of a pipeline between Neuquén and the Brazilian border in Uruguaiana, in Rio Grande do Sul state, as well as a 600km stretch between Uruguaiana and Porto Alegre. Works would take around 18 months to complete and its initial capacity would have the potential to double to 30Mm3/d.
