Icafal Inversiones, S.A. is a Chilean investment firm that owns and manages companies operating in different sectors, such as public and private sanitation, railway, agribusiness, and transportation. Some important subsidiaries are Sociedad Concesionaria Aeropuerto Pto. Montt (33%), which operates the Puerto Montt airport; water service provider Aguas Patagonia de Aysén (32%), and wastewater management firm Tratacal (50%), among others. In 2016, Icafal Inversiones was awarded a contract to expand, upgrade and operate Talcahuano's Carriel Sur airfield. The company is headquartered in Santiago and is part of the Icafal Group.
