BRK Ambiental Participações S.A., formerly Odebrecht Ambiental, is a Brazilian water, wastewater, and solid waste management company. The utility operates in over 180 cities across 11 states through public-private partnerships, and other partnerships with state, municipal and private companies, serving close to 15 million people. BRK Ambiental is responsible for the water reuse project Aquapolo which comprises two residential wastewater treatment plants to produce water for industrial use, in Greater São Paulo's ABC Region. Originally founded in 2008 as Foz do Brasil, Brookfield Business Partners acquired Odebrecht's 70% interest in the company in 2017, with FI-FGTS keeping a 30% stake, and the firm adopted its current name. Headquarters are located in São Paulo city.
