Development would cover districts Santa Teresa and Machupicchu in provinces La Convención y Urubamba, respectively, according to the document.
The 36-month project's cost has been pegged at US$148mn, of which US$89.4mn are for the civil works and US$58.1mn for the electromechanical equipment.
The project would use water from the company's 90MW Machupicchu hydroelectric plant.
