Australia's Inca Minerals reported exploration results from its Riqueza zinc-lead-silver project in Huancavelica, Peru.

Highlights of detailed mapping and channel sampling at the property's Humaspunco target included 3.8m of 2.55% zinc, 7.79% lead and 80.3g/t silver, the company said. Inca added it completed a mapping and channel sampling program at the property's Cerro Rayas target and plans to publish results next week.

Toronto-based Sierra Metals published exploration results from its Yauricocha polymetallic mine in Junín, Peru.

Highlights of core drilling at the mine's Cuye target included 49m of 41g/t silver, 4.75% zinc, 1.34% copper, 0.66g/t gold and 0.06% lead, the company said in a statement. Further exploration is planned at the Cuye and Catas zones, Sierra added.


Toronto-based Continental Gold released exploration results from its Buriticá gold-silver project in Antioquia, Colombia.

Highlights of diamond drilling at the property's Yaraguá target included 7.85m of 39.1g/t gold and 44.2g/t silver, according to a statement. The company plans to add another four diamond drill rigs for the 25,000m drill program.


Lima-based Minera IRL updated reserves at its Corihuarmi gold mine in Junín, Peru.

Reserves found in the mine's Diana Extension, Susan and Cayhua areas now total 98,928oz gold after the company drilled 56 diamond drill holes and 29 reverse circulation drill holes, enough to continue production through 2020, IRL said. An additional drill program is planned for the second half of next year, it added.

The mine is expected to produce 24,000oz this year and average 21,000oz/y from 2018-20, it said.
