Subdere opens Panquehue wastewater treatment plant

Chile's regional development department Subdere has opened a new wastewater treatment plant in Panquehue, region V.

Costing some 1.7bn pesos (US$3.58mn), the project is the largest to be carried out under the department's neighborhood improvement program (PMB).

The plant will serve some 4,500 residents in the Aconcagua valley area.
