Description: The Constancia project consists of two copper, silver and molybdenum open pit operations, Constancia and San José. The project will require 580 qualified and 1,220 unqualified workers during the 35-month construction phase, and then generate some 600 operations jobs and 200 administrative jobs during the ensuing operational phase.
