The American company Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) provides global solutions of financial technology which are divided in four areas: Banking & Wealth, including investment and commercial banking, consumer banking, risk and compliance, wealth and retirement, and services; Payments, including cards, corporate payments, digital payments, enterprise payments, imaging, merchant solutions, open test solutions, outsourced payment solutions, and risk & compliance; Management Consulting, which offers services of strategy and advisory, digital, change sourcing, technology consulting and utilities, covering banking, capital markets, finance, risk and compliance, insurance, payments, wealth and investment management, and energy; and Institutional & Wholesale, which covers asset management, broker-dealer, commercial and investment banking, consulting, and corporate solutions. FIS services are directed to education and the public sector, and to adding-asset managers, traders, custodians, treasurers, third-party administrators and clearing agents. FIS, formerly known as Systematics, was founded in 1968 and it is headquartered in Jacksonville. It has operations in Brazil.
