Description:

Consorcio ICA-MECO, a partnership between Mexico's Ingenieros Civiles Asociados S.A. (ICA) and Costa Rica's Constructora Meco S.A., was established to develop expansion works at the Petrolera del Caribe oil terminal, owned by Refinadora Costarricense de Petróleo S.A. (Recope) and located in the Moin Port, in the city of Limon, Costa Rica. The project includes basic engineering, detail engineering, equipment supply, construction, start-up, and technology transfer services for the new 5.0 Pier, which will have a 80,000TPM capacity.
