Colombian construction and engineering firm Organización de Ingeniería Internacional S.A., Grupo Odinsa, is engaged in the structuring, promotion, management and development of large-scale projects in five segments: roads concessions, airports and ports, power generation, massive transport systems, and toll collection. Odinsa is a subsidiary of the Colombia's Argos group. Founded in 1992, the company is headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia and is also present in Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Panama and Chile. In Colombia, the company manages highways Autopistas del Café, Autopista de los Llanos, Santa Marta-Paraguachón, Hatovial, Vías del Nus and La Pintada. In the Dominican Republic it has the road concessions Autopistas del Nordeste and Boulevard Turístico del Atlántico. In Aruba it is carrying out several construction and maintenance works for the Green Corridor project. In addition, Odinsa participates in the concessions for El Dorado international airport in Bogota and Santa Marta port, both in Colombia, while in Ecuador it participates in the Mariscal Sucre Airport concession, Quito. In the energy sector, Odinsa holds stakes in thermal generation plants in Chile through Generadora del Pacífico S.A. (GENPAC) and in Panama through Generadora del Atlántico S.A. (GENA). In the toll collection segment, it holds the concession for 38 tolls in Colombia.
