Qualitas Energy Fund V is a special purpose company, a subsidiary of Qualitas Energy, located in Santiago, Chile.
The firm pursues a global institutional investment strategy focused on the acquisition and management of energy transition assets in low-risk OECD countries. The fund targets investments in greenfield and brownfield solar photovoltaic (PV), concentrating solar power (CSP), onshore wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), renewable natural gas, and hydropower projects. In addition to investing directly in energy infrastructure projects, the fund also acquires development and operation platforms, with the aim of transforming them into fully integrated independent power producers (IPPs).
