Colombia's Celsia publishes Epsa share offer details
Colombian power company Celsia has published details of a public offer of shares in its subsidiary Epsa.
The Medellín-based company will offer a unit price of 18,900 pesos (US$6.80) for up to 49mn ordinary shares, representing 14% of Epsa's subscribed capital.
The operation, to be conducted by Valores Bancolombia, will take place from February 5 to 16.
Celsia hopes the operation will raise its shareholding in Epsa from 50.01% to 64.01%.
